“We contacted Lugo Homes regarding renovations to our Crieve Hall home and were impressed from the very beginning. None of the previous contractors we had contacted were as realistic and thorough as Richy. Before our initial estimate, he brought various subcontractors to our home to explain thinking on their part of the project and pricing. The estimate we received for the project was VERY detailed, listing estimates for each item, as well as allowances for the things we would be picking out ourselves.

Our projects included turning a one-car garage into a second living room, renovating and increasing the size of our single full bathroom, adding a deck, and removing a large portion of driveway from behind our house to increase the size of our yard.

Our experience was exceptional, to say the least. From beginning to end, Richy’s communication was unparalleled. He ran everything by us. He was prompt in responding to texts and calls. We talked through things together if we needed to find a best path forward. He listened and took his time in creating solutions. He is detail-oriented and organized, keeping track of all aspects of each project as well as changes that were made along the way. No money was spent without him running it by us first, no surprise costs (we actually came in under budget despite making some changes ourselves that increased the original estimate) All of his contracted workers were respectful and efficient, often working late into the night. Richy showed up when he said he would and always let us know ahead of time if he would be unavailable. His project timeline was accurate, and our renovation is gorgeous. We love our neighborhood and want to stay in our home, even though our house is on the small side for our family of four, and this renovation definitely makes that possible. Aside from his skill and timeliness, Richy is so pleasant to work with. His demeanor, integrity, and love for his clients and work are felt and appreciated. You would be lucky to get to work with him.”

Richy is a professional in every regard, his team was on time every time, cleaned up the project site daily, had upbeat and friendly demeanor throughout the entire project and met timelines and budget near perfect.
